  • One cup peanuts, salted and chopped
  • Half cup alternative sweetener (Stevia-based)
  • One cup chocolate chips, unsweetened
  • One cup peanut butter


  1. In a bowl, combine the peanuts, sweetener and peanut butter into a dough.
  2. Separate the dough into 18 equal balls and refrigerate till cool.
  3. Heat the chocolate chips and allow them to melt. Then, dip each ball into the chocolate and place it back in the refrigerator till solid.

      These no-bake cheesecake treats only need 3-4 ingredients and can be infused with all your favourite flavours.


      • Two tbsp butter
      • Half cup cream cheese
      • One to one and a half tbsp powdered Stevia blend
      • If you opt for a chocolate flavour, add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder


      1. Mix all the ingredients until a smooth texture is attained.
      2. Using a spoon or a scooper, divide the mixture into balls and spread them out on a plate.
      3. Freeze till set.

          Cheesecake Bars

          These delectable baked bars are the perfect guilt-free treat for yourself or your loved ones!

          Ingredients to make the dough:

          • One cup mozzarella
          • One egg
          • A third cup almond flour
          • Quarter cup cream cheese
          • A third cup coconut flour
          • One tbsp Stevia sweetener
          • One tsp vanilla
          • One tsp baking powder

          For the filling:

            • Fourteen ounces cream cheese
            • Two eggs
            • Quarter cup Stevia sweetener
            • One tsp vanilla

          For the topping:

              • One tbsp Stevia sweetener
              • One tbsp cinnamon
              • Two tbsp butter


            1. Preheat the oven to 350◦ F. Next, you can melt the cheese.
            2. Combine the ingredients for the dough in a food processor to make a uniform dough.
            3. Wet your hands and flatten half the dough into a baking tray and the other half onto baking paper.
            4. For the cheesecake filling, add the ingredients to a bowl and whisk till smooth.
            5. Place this mixture on the bottom layer of dough and cover it with the second half from the parchment paper.
            6. Garnish with cinnamon and melted butter. Then, bake it for 50-60 mins till golden brown.

                Keto Ice Cream- Make at Home

                There is nothing like refreshing ice cream to cool off with, especially when it is hot. With this recipe, ice cream can still be your beloved comfort food!


                • Three tbsp butter
                • Four cups heavy cream
                • One tsp vanilla extract
                • Quarter cup Stevia sweetener
                • Quarter cup MCT oil (If you don't have an ice cream maker)


                1. Take a pan and melt the butter in it. To this, add half of the cream and all the powdered Stevia. Allow this to cook on a low flame till it can coat the back of a spoon.
                2. Turn off the flame and pour into a bowl. Let it cool and then mix in the vanilla and MCT oil. Add the remaining cream and whisk till smooth.
                3. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours and enjoy!

                    Keto Mousse

                    This is another great no-bake dessert that takes only 5 minutes to make.


                    • Half cup heavy whipping cream
                    • Half cup cream cheese
                    • Two and a half tbsp Stevia sweetener
                    • Half tsp vanilla
                    • Four tbsp unsweetened chocolate chips
                    • Two and a quarter tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened


                    1. Whip the cream in a bowl until it doubles in volume.
                    2. In another bowl, whisk the peanut butter, vanilla, sweetener and cream cheese till smooth and fluffy.
                    3. Combine the mixtures in the two bowls on a low flame.
                    4. Now, refrigerate for at least two hours and allow it to form.
                    5. Serve with chocolate chips and your mousse is ready!

                        Keto Brownie

                        It may come as a shock that these gooey and rich brownies are actually keto-friendly. But with this recipe, you can indulge guilt-free!


                        • Half cup almond flour
                        • Quarter cup Stevia sweetener
                        • Half tsp baking powder
                        • Quarter cup cocoa powder
                        • Ten tbsp butter
                        • Three eggs
                        • Two ounces dark chocolate


                        1. Preheat the oven to 350◦F and line a baking pan with butter or parchment paper.
                        2. Take a bowl and mix the sweetener, almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
                        3. Combine the eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
                        4. Carefully add the dry mixture to the wet one and whisk till smooth.
                        5. Pour it into the baking tray and bake for 18-20 mins. Let it cool for half an hour and your brownies are good to go!
