For Manchurian Balls

  • Finely chopped/ grated cabbage - 1.5 cups

  • Mix all the ingredients for nachos in a bowl and prepare a tight dough

  • Refined flour (Maida) - 2 cups

Method To Make Jain Pizza Sauce:

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add green chilis and capsicum
  • Sauté them well after adding salt
  • Add the tomatoes and again add some salt
  • Add oregano, chili flakes, and carom seeds
  • Cook it until the tomatoes are soft (At this stage, you can add some sugar to balance the sour taste of tomatoes)
  • Let the mixture cool down

  • Milk - 2 cups/ 500ml

Boiling The Pasta:

  • Add water and salt to a pan
  • Boil the water and when it starts boiling, add the pasta
  • After 5-7 minutes add the vegetables to the boiling water

Method To Prepare Jain White Sauce:

  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Add refined wheat flour and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame
  • Once the flour is cooked add the milk and let it boil (Keep stirring the sauce)
  • Now add cheese, salt, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper powder
  • Add pasta and vegetables to this sauce

  • French bread (Hard crusty bread) - 4

  • Prep time: 15-20 minutes
  • Cooking time: 15 minutes
  • Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Diced tomatoes (ripe) - 9 cups
  • Bay leaf (Teja Patta) - 1 leaf
  • Black pepper - 6 no
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cream - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili powder As per your taste

Method:

  • Add water to the diced tomatoes along with the salt, black pepper, and bay leaf
