1. Blueberry Basil Infused Water

For this recipe, all you have to do is mix half a cup of blueberries and a quarter cup of basil in four/five cups of cold water. Leave this in a glass jar or an infuser jar to properly absorb the flavour overnight (or 2 hours if you need something quicker). Squeeze the berries a little before infusing them, this will help improve the taste.


2. Cucumber, Mint, Lemon And Chia Water

Get your micronutrients and antioxidants from chia seeds and vitamin C from the juicy lemon. This is also great for weight loss and staying energized. Take one cucumber, a handful of mint leaves and slices of half a lemon. Allow this to soak into four/five cups of water in your jar for a few hours. Add a fistful of chia seeds and allow them to swell. Serve with ice and feel refreshed!


3. Pineapple, Coconut And Lime Water

Pineapples just scream 'summer' and have enzymes that reduce inflammation. Coconut is high in fiber and both these fruits promotes healthy digestion. In your jar, add one cup of diced pineapple, one cup of coconut chunks and slices of one lime. Add five cups of water and allow it to infuse for up to 4 hours. And it's ready to go!


4. Mango, Apple, Ginger And Cinnamon Water

Can you really get into the summer mood without mangoes? They are delectable and support heart health too. Apples are an excellent probiotic, and ginger and cinnamon boost immunity. For this recipe, stir in one cup of chopped-up mango and apple slices. Grate one inch of ginger and throw in a splash of cinnamon and relish!


5. Strawberry, Cucumber, Kiwi And Lime Water

This concoction of fruits is a rich source of vitamins. They are known to boost the immune system and reduce anxiety. To your quart of ice-cold water, stir in ten sliced strawberries and one kiwi. Put in slices of one lime and the one cucumber. Here we have a relaxing summer drink!


6. Pineapple, Lime And Jalapeno Water

YPinepple and jalapeno may sound like a strange combination but give it a try before you brush it off. This recipe can be used to ward off infection and stomach ulcers. You will need one cup of diced pineapple, one sliced and deseeded jalapeno and one sliced lime. Add this to a pitcher with ice water and put aside for half an hour. Drinking this will give you the zing you need for the season!


7. Peach, Blueberry And Lemon Water

his recipe is a sweet treat that has benefits for your heart health. For this delicious beverage, Slice one large peach and add one lemon. In a pitcher of iced water, add one cup of blueberries. Let this sit for about 4 hours and there you go!


8. Orange, Strawberry And Chia Water

Citrus fruits are great for strengthening the body and fighting disease. Slice two oranges and about ten strawberries. Mix them in the glass jar with a handful of chia seeds Let it sit for a couple of hours and this tart-infused water will keep you alert!


9. Rosemary And Raspberry Water

Raspberries have been observed to be effective against disorders like arthritis. Rosemary provides a boost in cognitive ability. To make this, take ten raspberries and two/three sprigs of rosemary and infuse them in your cold water for a few hours. You can garnish with some lemon and Voila!
